If you count a unit as one you own, do not count it as a unit you manage. 2008 Membership Dues $160.00 Portion to WAA is $135.00 Portion to AANW is $25.00 + $5.00 per Manager/Employee Contributions or gifts to the Wisconsin Apartment Association are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes. However, your dues may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please check with your accountant.
