Bill and Tom will answer all of your questions about buying and selling real estate. We will also have a presentation on the new Lead Safe Requirements effective April 2010 and Carbon Minoxide Detector Requirements. Our Business Partner spotlight for March will be Bill Lancaster with Speed Renter. Bill will have a display of his service at the entrance to the meeting room and will be giving away a $25 door prize. APRIL Speaker is Cheryl Fontaine WAA Vice President who will discuss Property Management. MAY speaker is Deborah Lemen from Green Bay Press Gazette. JUNE speaker is John Fischer, WAA President. John will speak about the Wisconsin Apartment Association and how they benefit you and also chat about the landlord business. You can't miss this one.
