Hello Managers and Landlords and Business Partners

Hope everyone is having a profitable summer.

In July Teresa Van, Dave Birschback, and I attended the Protection and Welfare Meeting to see if we can have the landlord notified if a tenant wants to have more than two animals on a property.  We will be going back in August.

Those with properties in the City of Green Bay we have a Mayor Candidate Announcement for City Of Green Bay  Alderman Thomas Dewayne has announced he will be running.  Tom is current president of the City Council and is on Protection and Welfare Committee.  Tom is current Alderman on City of Green Bay on Eastside of Green Bay by Edison. 

Don’t forget for August we will be having a picnic with Fox Valley and Oshkosh Apartment Association in Wrightstown at Mueller Park.  The picnic will be on Thursday August 12 , 2010 at 6:00PM.  Bring your own drinks, a dish to pass, and lawn chairs.  Please call 920-435-2269 if planning to attend so we know how much to plan for hamburgers and brats no later than Monday August 9. 

Those with properties in the City of Green Bay you may now check your water bills on line.  www.gbwater.org then click on Pay Bill/View Account.
